A Holistic Approach to Health

As a primary care physician, I love being able to get to know and care for my patients, their families, and creating a good rapport through continuity of care. My approach involves making a difference in my patient’s life by listening, understanding their needs, keeping an open communication with my patients, providing compassion, and most of all educating my patient’s to a healthier life.


I prefer to use a more holistic and alternative approach to managing my patients, caring for the whole person (mind, body and soul) through a fusion of western and eastern (Ayurveda) medicine. Ayurveda is an ancient system of medicine from India that uses diet, herbals and yoga/meditation to find balance in the body.


With all the pollution, toxins, and preservatives that we are exposed to on a daily basis, I believe a more natural approach of healing medicine is more effective for long term well being, but I also recognize when western methods are necessary.  As one of my favorite phrases by Mahatma Gandhi states, “Be the change you wish to see in the world,” allow me to help you with that change…
